Compounds in accordance with claim 1, selected from (S or R)-N-[(1S,2R,3S)-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-3-cyclopropyl-2,3-dihydroxypropyl]-?-[(S)-?-[[[1-methyl-1-[morpholinocarbonyl]ethyl]sulphonyl]methyl]hydrocinnamamido]-3-(pyridin-3-yl)-propionamide.
