Abschriften

Die erteilende Behörde behält zwei Abschriften und übergibt das Original und eine Abschrift dem Antragsteller.

The issuing authority shall keep two copies and give the original and one copy to the applicant.

Vollständige oder auszugsweise Abschriften der in Artikel 2 bezeichneten Urkunden oder Angaben sind auf schriftliches Verlangen zuzusenden. Die Gebühren für die Erteilung dieser Abschriften dürfen die Verwaltungskosten nicht übersteigen.

A copy of the whole or any part of the documents or particulars referred to in Article 2 must be obtainable by application in writing at a price not exceeding the administrative cost thereof.
