(128) Die De-facto-Billigung, über die das LNE im Rahmen des Forschungskredits (CIR) verfügt, stellt keine staatliche Beihilfe im Sinne von Artikel 87 Absatz 1 dar, weil diese De-facto-Billigung keine staatlichen Mittel impliziert.

(128) The LNE's de facto entitlement to the research tax credit does not constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 87(1), especially since this de facto entitlement does not involve any state resources.
