Da es kein Problem gibt, ist die Charta keine Lösung. Und da die Charta keine Lösung für irgend etwas ist, ist sie folglich ein Problem.

As there is no problem, the charter is not a solution and as the charter will solve nothing, it is therefore a problem in itself.
