Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spektraltransformation als diskrete Cosinus-Transformation ("Cosine Transform") und die inverse Spektraltransformation als inverse diskrete Cosinus-Transformation ausgebildet ist.
