Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist, war, dass die Richter zeitweise die Orientierung verloren hatten und nicht mehr wussten, ob sie den Einspruch stattgeben oder ablehnen sollten.

The only thing I noticed was that the judge had temporarily lost its way and no longer knew whether to grant the appeal, or should refuse.

Das Parlament hat es schon einmal abgelehnt - es hat jedenfalls Abstand davon genommen -, einen Einspruch beim Europäischen Patentamt einzulegen.
