Gemeinschaftskonto: ein Konto, das im Namen von zwei oder mehreren Personen eröffnet wurde oder an dem zwei oder mehrere Personen Rechte haben und über das mit der Unterschrift von einer oder mehreren dieser Personen verfügt werden kann;

'joint account' shall mean an account opened in the names of two or more persons or over which two or more persons have rights that may operate against the signature of one or more of those persons;
