Entschuldigen Sie, Frau Präsidentin, vielleicht liegt es ja an der Übersetzung, aber ich habe die Antwort von Herrn Monti nicht verstanden. Ich habe nicht verstanden, wozu Herr Monti soviel Höflichkeit walten läßt.
