(1) Ein Institut teilt jedem Kunden gegebenenfalls auf Anfrage dessen internationale Kontonummer (International Bank Account Number, IBAN) sowie die Bankleitzahl (Bank Identifier Code, BIC) des Instituts mit.

1. An institution shall, where applicable, communicate to each customer upon request his International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and that institution's Bank Identifier Code (BIC).
