Kümmel

a) Kümmel oder Spirituose mit Kümmel ist eine Spirituose, die durch die Aromatisierung von Ethylalkohol landwirtschaftlichen Ursprungs mit Kümmel (Carum carvi L.) gewonnen wird.

(a) Caraway-flavoured spirit drinks are spirit drinks produced by flavouring ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin with caraway (Carum carvi L.).

Denn man drischt die Wicken nicht mit Dreschwagen, so läßt man auch nicht das Wagenrad über den Kümmel gehen; sondern die Wicken schlägt man aus mit einem Stabe und den Kümmel mit einem Stecken.
