The "cor du chasse" is possibly the same instrument as the slide trumpet used a week before in the performance in Leipzig of the cantata "Ach!

Als er 1724 seinen zweiten Kantatenzyklus aus Choralkantaten bildete, war er an diesem Sonntag nicht in Leipzig, sondern in Köthen, daher ergänzte er den Zyklus durch diese späte Kantate.

In 1724, when he composed the cycle, he had an engagement in Köthen that Sunday, and therefore left the text for later completion.
