Der Grad der Kontamination der Testflächen wurde durch Keimzahlbestimmung in der Impfsuspension einerseits und Bestimmung auf den beimpften Flächen durch Abspülen nach dem Antrocknen andererseits kontrolliert.

The contamination degree of the test surfaces was controlled in two ways: the bacterial count was determined in the inoculation suspension; and the inoculated surfaces were rinsed, dried and then analysed.
