Nach Abwischen der Gelträgerfolienrückseite mit Kerosin (4.2) werden einige Tropfen Kerosin auf die Mitte des Kühlblocks aufgebracht.

Wipe off the reverse of the gel carrier sheet with kerosene, then drip a few drops of kerosene (4.2) onto the centre of the cooling block.
