Demnach muss jede Gruppe von Komponenten eines interoperablen Gleises, das die nachstehenden Komponenten vollständig oder teilweise umfasst, mit den für jede betreffende Komponente einzeln aufgeführten Spezifikationen in Einklang stehen:
