Die neue Kontrollbehörde oder Kontrollstelle stellt sicher, dass der Unternehmer im Bericht der vorherigen Kontrollbehörde oder Kontrollstelle festgehaltene Nichtkonformitäten behoben hat bzw. dabei ist, diese zu beheben.

( 2 ) Solche Vorabpruefungen nimmt die Kontrollstelle nach Empfang der Meldung des fuer die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen vor , oder sie erfolgen durch den Datenschutzbeauftragten , der im Zweifelsfall die Kontrollstelle konsultieren muss .
