(3) Kommt der Benutzer der Rückstellungspflicht nicht nach, mahnt die Landesbibliothek unter Angabe der Mahngebühren die Rückgabe schriftlich ein. Bei Nichtbeachtung erfolgen weitere Mahnungen.

(3) If the user does not return the borrowed items the Library sends out a written overdue notice asking the return of the concerned items and stating the overdue fee. If the reminder is ignored the Library will send out further notices.

Die scheinbar redundante Bezeichnung der Bibliothek soll aufzeigen, dass die Landesbibliothek sowohl die Staatsbibliothek des Freistaates Sachsen als auch Universitätsbibliothek der TU Dresden ist.
