Jedem Lastaufnahmemittel und jeder nur als Ganzes erhältlichen Gesamtheit von Lastaufnahmemitteln muss eine Betriebsanleitung beiliegen, die mindestens folgende Angaben enthält:

Lassen sich die erforderlichen Angaben nicht auf dem Lastaufnahmemittel selbst anbringen, so sind sie auf einem Schild oder auf einem anderen gleichwertigen, fest mit dem Lastaufnahmemittel verbundenen Gegenstand anzubringen.

In the case of lifting accessories on which marking is physically impossible, the particulars referred to in the first paragraph must be displayed on a plate or other equivalent means and securely affixed to the accessory.
