Die Ampulle muß 1 000 IE Agglutinat, gewonnen durch Lyophilisation von 1 ml Rinderserum, enthalten.

The ampoule must contain 1 000 IU of agglutination obtained by lyophilizing 1 ml of bovine serum.

Zur Lyophilisation werden gegebenenfalls Kryoprotektoren wie Zucker, Zuckeralkohole oder Polyvinylpyrrolidonderivate zugesetzt.
