Der Ständer und die Ware bleiben im Eigentum von xx, sollte der Ständer bei Auflösung des Vertrages nicht vollständig gefüllt sein oder Manschetten beschädigt, insbesonders Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen, werden die Manschetten nachverrechnet.

The stand and the goods remain the property of xx. If the stand does not remain completely filled or the cuffs are damaged and have signs of wear  at the time of termination of contract, the cuffs will be reinvoiced.
