Stellt die Ausgangszollstelle eine Mehrmenge fest, so untersagt sie den Ausgang der Mehrmenge, bis die Ausfuhrförmlichkeiten für sie erfüllt worden sind.

Liegt die Menge der letzten Ausfuhr unter der Mehrmenge, so sind bis zur Erreichung der Mehrmenge die unmittelbar davor getätigten Ausfuhren zu berücksichtigen.
