Verfahren zur Herstellung von Stämmen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einen Mikroorganismenstamm mit dereguliertem Tryptophanstoffwechsel ein feedbackresistentes serA-Allel eingebracht wird.

Process for the preparation of strains according to Claim 1, characterised in that a feedback-resistant serA allele is introduced into a microorganism strain with deregulated tryptophan metabolism.
