Die Steuervorrichtung (42) regelt die Motorleistung derart, dass die Motorleistung eine zulässige Motor-Maximalleistung nicht übersteigt.

Hier haben wir allerdings Probleme bei der Kontrolle, weil die tatsächliche Motorleistung häufig über der deklarierten Motorleistung liegt oder diese nachträglich erhöht wird.

Eine stärkere Motorleistung braucht andererseits nicht auf einen größeren Fischereiaufwand hinzudeuten, wenn wir bedenken, dass auch die Gefrierkapazität auf manchen Schiffen zusätzliche Motorleistung erfordert.

On the other hand, great engine capacity need not indicate a greater fishing effort if we consider that the freezing capacity also requires extra engine quality as on some ships.
