Um ein Technisches Objekt zu ändern, muss zunächst unter der Auswahl (siehe Abb. 7 rot markiert) die Schaltfläche Technische Objekte betätigt werden. Erst dann ist die schaltfläche Neu Aktiviert.

To change a technical object, you must first (in red see Figure 7) under the selection button Technical objects are activated. Only then will the new Button is Enabled.
