3.1 Im Ofen gebackene Pommes frites (Ofen-Pommes-frites)

Nach dem Öffnen des Ofens wird die Schale sofort wieder verschlossen und aus dem Ofen genommen; die Schale wird 30 bis 45 Minuten in einen Exsikkator (3.4) gestellt.

Open the oven, place the lid on the dish immediately, remove the dish from the oven, leave to cool for 30 to 45 minutes in a desiccator (3.4) and weigh to the nearest 1 mg recording the mass to 0,1 mg.

Anmerkung: Wenn der Ofen nicht mit Röhren zur Vorheizung des Elutionsmittels ausgestattet ist, muss das Elutionsmittel durch ein etwa 15 cm langes Edelstahlrohr in den Ofen geleitet werden, bevor es in die Säule gelangt.
