Die in Artikel 53 und in Artikel 55 Absatz 2 angeführten Urkunden sowie die Urkunde über die Prozessvollmacht, falls eine solche erteilt wird, bedürfen weder der Legalisation noch einer ähnlichen Förmlichkeit.

No legalisation or other similar formality shall be required in respect of the documents referred to in Article 53 or Article 55(2), or in respect of a document appointing a representative ad litem.
