Jede zuvor angesetzte Rückstellung in Bezug auf dieses gerichtliche Verfahren wird vom Unternehmen in Übereinstimmung mit IAS 37 Rückstellungen, Eventualverbindlichkeiten und Eventualforderungen angepasst oder eine neue Rückstellung wird angesetzt.
