Sättigung

Die Sättigung ("saturation") legt die Dichte oder Intensität einer Farbe fest. Grautöne werden mit einer Sättigung von 0 % erstellt. Intensive Farben verfügen über einen Wert von 100 %.

Saturation controls how bright or vivid a color is; grey’s are created with a saturation of 0%, and vivid colors are created using a value of 100%.

Im rechten Farbfenster sehen Sie von links nach rechts das gesamte Farbspektrum, dabei sind die Farben am oberen Rand des Fensters in voller Sättigung vorhanden, am unteren Rand haben sie keine Sättigung.

In the right colour window, you will see the entire colour spectrum from the left to the right, with the colours at the top being fully saturated and the colours at the bottom being unsaturated.
