Schuldkomplex

Ich möchte sagen, dass sich die Europäische Union auch in dieser Hinsicht nicht zu schämen braucht; sie braucht, wie ich meine, keine Schuldkomplexe zu haben, denn sie ist der größte Geber von Entwicklungshilfe.

I must say that the European Union has nothing to be ashamed of in this respect either. I do not think that it needs to feel guilty: it is the largest donor of development aid.
