Die Siliziumscheibe mit der Primärstruktur wird gereinigt und auf einen Metallträger geklebt; dieser wird in das Werkzeug einer Reaktionsgießmaschine eingebaut.

The silicon sheet containing the primary structure is cleaned and adhesively bonded to a metal support, which is installed in the mold of a reaction-injection molding machine.

Mit fortschreitendender Abkühlung löste sich die Polyimid-Folie vom eingeschnittenen Rand beginnend und unterstützt durch die abkühlungsbedingte Kontraktion des Kunststoffteils 1 selbständig von der Siliziumscheibe (Figur 7d).

With the progressing cooling, the polyimide foil came loose from the silicon wafer starting at the cut marginal area aided by the contraction of the plastic housing part 1 (FIG. 7d).
