Im Anhang nochmal die neuesten Fotos über die Beanstandungen unseer Kunden. Die Töpfe sind ganz schlecht glasiert. Wir müssen die Töpfe ersetzen und haben zusätzliche Frachtkosten. Danke für Ihre Stellungnahme.

Annexed again the latest photos of the complaints unseer customers. The pots are glazed all bad. We need to replace the pots and have additional freight charges. Thanks for your opinion.
