Torfmoore

Ich habe die Pläne gesehen und bin davon überzeugt, dass durch den Umbau des Kanals die dort befindlichen Torfmoore zerstört, die Wasserverhältnisse gestört und die natürlichen Nistplätze der Vögel vernichtet werden.

Having seen the plans, I am convinced that this reconstructed channel will destroy the local peat bogs, as well as disrupting water flow and destroying natural breeding grounds for birds.
