The amnesty granted by King Sihanouk refers only to this conviction and makes no reference to future convictions and therefore it is important that he is tried.

Somit wird im Falle der Verurteilung für eine Straftat, die in dem Mitgliedstaat, in dem der neue Fall verhandelt wird, keine Straftat darstellt, diese Verurteilung nicht berücksichtigt.

Thus, in the event of a conviction for a crime which does not exist in the Member State trying the new case, the conviction is not taken into account.
