Gemäß Artikel 108 ist es also rechtswidrig, Weisungen von einer öffentlichen oder privaten, nationalen oder internationalen Einrichtung entgegenzunehmen oder einzuholen, wobei die Betonung auf dem Begriff „Weisung » liegt.

The wording of Article 108 makes it illegal to accept or seek instructions from any body, be it public or private, national or international, with the emphasis on the term « instruction ».
