Dies ermöglicht insbesondere die Zollabfertigung von Waren am Niederlassungsort des Zollanmelders, unabhängig davon, wo diese Waren eingeführt, ausgeführt oder innerhalb der Gemeinschaft geliefert werden - die so genannte zentrale Zollabfertigung.
