Herr Präsident! Ich kann bestätigen, daß die Zustimmung zum Antrag Kittelmann für uns die Zustimmung zu 20, 21 und 22 bedeutet.

Mr President, I can confirm that approval of the Kittelmann amendment means for us the approval of paragraphs 20, 21 and 22.

Diese Regeln besagen, dass kein Vertrag ohne einstimmige Zustimmung in Kraft treten kann, und eine solche Zustimmung gibt es derzeit nicht.

These rules state that no treaty can enter into force without unanimous agreement and we do not have such agreement at present.

Diese Unterlagen bedürfen der Zustimmung durch den Kommandanten; seine Zustimmung erfolgt durch Gegenzeichnung oder ein gleichwertiges Verfahren (siehe auch OPS 1.1055 Buchstabe a Nummer 12).

This document must be acceptable to the commander, his/her acceptance being indicated by countersignature or equivalent.
