Das ist natürlich sehr komplex, wenn man sich vor Augen hält, dass Cancún nicht gerade sehr gut ausgegangen ist, wir einen sehr schwierigen Start haben und die Verhandlungen im Moment auch nicht auf sehr soliden Füßen stehen.
