I dneke you will still be able to embellish it a little

a) Papiere in Rollen, mit einer Breite von 45 bis 160 cm, zum Ausschmücken von Wänden oder Decken geeignet:

(a) paper in rolls, of a width of not less than 45 cm and not more than 160 cm, suitable for wall or ceiling decoration:

b) Borten und Friese aus Papier, wie oben beschrieben bearbeitet, auch in Rollen, zum Ausschmücken von Wänden oder Decken geeignet;

(b) borders and friezes, of paper, treated as above, whether or not in rolls, suitable for wall or ceiling decoration;

Einen letzten Punkt möchte ich noch ansprechen. Herr Caspary sagte - wenn ich seine Worte aufgreifen und etwas ausschmücken darf -, dass wir uns an die Regeln halten und jederzeit versuchen sollten, sie zu stärken und zu verbessern.
