Demnach zeigen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I am isolierten Vorhof des Meerschweinchens eine deutliche, direkte positiv inotrope Wirkung bei nur sehr schwach ausgeprägter positiv chronotroper Wirkung.

Compounds of the formula I accordingly exhibit a clear, direct positively inotropic action, coupled with only a very weak positively chronotropic action, on the isolated auricle of guinea pigs.
