At the same time organisations continue to express their concerns about the difficult climate in which they operate and the limited government commitment to dialogue, as well as about public attacks by politicians and pro-government media.

Es muß ein positives Klima geschaffen werden, damit jeder in den zukünftigen Entwicklungen seinen Platz findet, und damit meine ich auch die zukünftige Rolle des öffentlich-rechtlichen und des privaten Rundfunks in diesem veränderten Umfeld.

We must create a favourable climate, so that everyone can find their own place in future developments, by which I also mean the future role of public and private broadcasting in this changed environment.
