Ich kann nachvollziehen, was Sie gesagt haben: Ein Selbstständiger kann zunächst arbeiten und dann müde sein, wenn er sich hinter das Steuer setzt. Ich denke aber nicht, dass ein Selbstständiger bei welcher Arbeit auch immer kontrolliert werden kann.
