Als ein Vertreter Nordirlands möchte ich lediglich feststellen, dass die Bürger dort sehr neidvoll auf die Kohäsionsmittel geschaut haben, die die Republik Irland erhalten hat, denn Irland hat davon stark profitiert.

We appreciate that the economic development of eastern Europe will in the longer term bring economic advantages for all of us.
