Hypotonie Im Zusammenhang mit der VELCADE-Behandlung tritt häufig eine orthostatische posturale Hypotonie auf.

Hypotension VELCADE treatment is commonly associated with orthostatic/ postural hypotension.

Es ist bekannt, dass Dopaminagonisten die systemische Blutdruckregulation hemmen mit der Folge einer posturalen/orthostatischen Hypotonie.

Dopamine agonists are known to impair the systemic regulation of the blood pressure resulting in postural/ orthostatic hypotension.

Gefäßerkrankungen Häufig:Hypotonie, orthostatische und posturale Hypotonie (siehe Abschnitte 4.4 und 4.7) , Phlebitis, Hämatom, Hypertonie.Gelegentlich:

Vascular disorders Common: hypotension, orthostatic and postural hypotension (see sections 4.4 and 4.7) , phlebitis, haematoma, hypertension.

Zusätzlich zur peripheren Neuropathie kann zum Teil auch eine autonome Neuropathie zu einigen Nebenwirkungen beitragen, wie z.B. posturale Hypotonie und schwere Obstipation mit Ileus.

In addition to peripheral neuropathy, there may be a contribution of autonomic neuropathy to some adverse reactions such as postural hypotension and severe constipation with ileus.
