I'm bound to say ...

On the institutional question, I am bound to say that when I received the statement from the Commission yesterday evening at about 6 or 7 p. m., I felt it was tantamount to an interference with parliamentary procedure and sovereignty.

Zum institutionellen Aspekt muß ich sagen, als ich gestern abend um 18 oder 19 Uhr die Erklärung der Kommission erhielt, kam dies für mich einer Einmischung in das parlamentarische Verfahren und die Souveränität gleich.
