The Contracting Parties shall set up a Joint Committee of experts (hereinafter referred to as the Committee), composed of representatives of the European Community and representatives of Mauritius.

(1) Die Vertragsparteien setzen einen Gemischten Sachverständigenausschuss (nachstehend "Ausschuss" genannt) ein, der sich aus Vertretern der Europäischen Gemeinschaft und Vertretern von Mauritius zusammensetzt.

It has indeed done good work, but I voted against this Committee of Experts at the last vote too because I am convinced that there is no legal basis for that committee.

Erweiterung hat zwar sehr gute Arbeit geleistet, aber ich habe auch bei der letzten Abstimmung gegen diesen Sachverständigenrat gestimmt, weil ich der Überzeugung bin, daß es für diesen Rat keine Rechtsgrundlage gibt.
