We adjust the crimping machine(ECP1500) to make the crimping height approach to the upper limit, most of the crimping height are out of spec(crimping spec:11.2~11.6), but the crimping shape is still not good, please see below picture….

Wir passen die Crimpzange machine(ECP1500) um die Obergrenze den Crimpzange Höhe Ansatz vorzunehmen, die meisten die Crimphöhe aus Spezifikation (Crimpen Spezifikation: 11.2 ~ 11,6), aber die Crimp Form ist noch nicht gut, siehe unten Bild....

Our goal is, to use in future time (asap) only 1 tool with one crimping height specified. As soon the Chinese team will have the new crimping tool (for 11.4+/-0.2 mm crimping height),tests need to be done with parts, which are supplied locally.

Unser Ziel ist es, in Zukunft Zeit (ASAP) nutzen nur 1 Werkzeug mit einer Crimphöhe angegeben. Sobald das chinesische Team wird den neuen Crimpzange (für 11,4 / -0,2 mm Crimphöhe), müssen Tests mit Teilen, die im Inland erbracht werden erfolgen.

This crimping we are checking by measuring pull out force of an connection adapter which was crimped.

Das Crimpen prüfen wir durch Messung Auszugskraft eines Anschluss-Adapter, die gequetscht war.

As you know this crimping station is used for crimping (fixing) of adapter on heating pin (part of glow plug).

Wie Sie wissen Crimpstation wird zum Crimpen (Fixierung) des Adapters am Glühstift (Teil der Glühkerze) verwendet.
