Customs declarations shall contain all the particulars necessary for application of the provisions governing the customs procedure for which the goods are declared.

(1) Zollanmeldungen müssen alle Angaben enthalten, die zur Anwendung der Vorschriften über das Zollverfahren, zu dem die Waren angemeldet werden, erforderlich sind.

"The use of the simplified declaration or the local clearance procedure shall be conditional on the lodging of electronic customs declarations and notifications."

"Die Inanspruchnahme des vereinfachten Anmeldeverfahrens oder des Anschreibeverfahrens ist nur gestattet, wenn die summarische Anmeldung und die Zollanmeldungen sowie alle Nachrichten elektronisch übermittelt werden."
