Currently I'am working on my dissertation project, that deals with the Phoenician stelae in the Levant. I just got a scholar ship for my dissertation.

TU Dresden's library has a database called Dissertation Express by UMI publishers. If it is complete, you should be able to find this dissertation in that database. Check with your librarian.

If the full dissertation is not available in that database, you can request a copy of the dissertation from us using TU Dresden's Interlibrary Loan service. Either way, check with your university librarian.
