The root cause for the loosen encoder plug is an improper handling during the assembling respectively the too low tension relief at the encoder cable.

Die Ursache für das Lösen Geberstecker ist eine unsachgemäße Handhabung bei der Montage bzw. der zu niedrig Zugentlastung am Encoder-Kabel.
