At a time when the EU is taking part in the difficult negotiations at the WTO, tomorrow in Hong Kong, the day after elsewhere, I am afraid that the ACP countries risk remembering how flippantly we have treated them.

Denn, wenn die EU an schwierigen WTO-Verhandlungen teilnimmt, morgen in Hongkong und übermorgen anderswo, dann könnten sich, so befürchte ich, die AKP-Länder daran erinnern, wie unverantwortlich wir mit ihnen umgegangen sind.
