In the case of a subsequent incapacity for work, e.g. if the injury is aggravated, the period begins on the day following the occurrence of the incapacity for work.

Bei nachträglich eintretender Arbeitsunfähigkeit, z.B. bei Verschlimmerung, beginnt sie am Tag nach Eintritt der Arbeitsunfähigkeit.
